PEE WEE’S: The Knight Pee Wee’s played hard Saturday against a tough Riverdale team, but came up short 18-0. We will re-group this week and work hard to come up with a win vs. Pt. Charlotte this Saturday.
JR MIDGETS: Riverdale 39—Knights 0. Although we lost we saw great improvement from the week before. Great play by Tim Moyer, Damian Rye, Tyler “The Turtle” Balogh. We will have everybody back this week, so LET’S GET ONE. GO KNIGHTS!
MIDGET CHEER: Great job cheering on our boys! Coaches are very proud of ya’ll. Thanks to our captains this week, Destini and Missa. Thanks to our previous captains: Jessica, Raevan, Dawn, Kasey, Chelsea, and Desiree. Practices are going very well and we are very impressed. Keep up the good work.
MIDGETS: (North 13—Riverdale 34) This was a tough loss for the team. The coaches really thought the team was ready for Riverdale's speed. We must now put this game behind us and get ready for a good Pt. Charlotte team. We are looking to make some minor changes this week trying to put the right personnel in the positions to help our team win. With the backfield combo of Lakeith Williams, Joey Hamor & Clay brown, we have a potent running fire power. Nathan McIntosh threw the ball very well against Riverdale. We can attack from any angle at any position, we just need to put it all together and the team will benefit from it. Let's eliminate the mental errors and show the conference that NFM Knights are for real. Let's go Knights and beat the Bandits.
