 Last weekend the Jr. Midgets and Midgets played the Sarasota Suncoast Buccaneers. Tuesday the Mity Mite Black played Lehigh at our field. All teams did well.
This weekend we have a home game against the Estero Mustangs. It is also Parents day. For those of you who do not know, Parents day is when the player/cheerleader walks onto the field being escorted by their parents. The announcer says the name of the child and relationships of who is escorting them. So be sure to see your team mom BEFORE you leave tonight and tell them who will be walking with them.
We are also having a Bar B Q on Saturday. The cost of the plate will be $8. It includes chicken or ribs, two sides and a drink. We are also doing the drawing for the 42” Plasma screen TV during the half time of the Jr. Midget game, so be sure to buy your $5 tickets as we only have a limited number of them left.
Andrea will also be handing out the Pre-ordered Cheer off tickets Saturday. She will be accepting CASH ONLY. So please have it with you. If you did not pre order them you can still go to Alico arena Box office (F.G.C.U. campus) or call them at 590-7145 or 590-7146.
We will be holding Picture retakes on Wednesday at 6 pm in the board room.
October 31st we will be hosting the Midget 2nd and 3rd place play off game. Game times are 6 pm. and 8 pm. On November 1st we will be hosting the Pee Wee 2nd and 3rd place playoff Game. The game times will also be 6 pm. and 8 pm.
On November 4th and 11th we will be hosting the Championship games. We need Volunteers for these games. Please see Mike, Cricket. or Debbie to sign up. We need as many people as we can get because these are very busy days we will be having teams from the Tampa division and Peace River Division.

MIDGETS (KNIGHTS 0, SUNCOAST 8):What a great defensive battle between 2 teams. Coach Kelly was proud how the team responded under those conditions. The weather, refs, and injuries to key personnel, the Knights fought to the bitter end. We need to put this game behind us and look forward. With support from Daniel Knight, Jeremy Rogers, James Stewart, Jacob “Rudy” Ciganek & Jose “Hot Pepper” Ramirez the Knights fought hard. Let’s get ready for a good Estero team.

Jr Midget : GO KNIGHTS!! The Jr Midget Knights were on fire at sat. game against the Bucs. So were our girls. Great job cheering on our boys to victory. Thanks to our Captains Jessica & Nikki. We only have 6 left girls. Time to get it perfected. Next week we go to the gym at the school. Congrats to our Princesses Allison H. and Darian. The Jr Midgets would like to send out Big Congrats to ALL the Knight Princesses and Princes and of course our Queen and King.

Birthday Wishes go to Tiffany Collingwood the 14th .Congratulations go out to Queen Kristen McFarland, and Sierra Gordon and Ke'alah Little our Red Knight Princesses.
