Text Box: At Charlotte:The Tiny Mites did very well despite poor scheduling and communication at their field Three touchdowns in 2 halves of football against 2 different teams.Deven Thompkins ran very well and continues his touchdown streak!!Congratulations , Brandon Pelletier also scores his first touchdown of his career.Ben Pogue intercepted another pass, making it 2 for the season.Good job goes to Jake Peters and Fazion Johnson for their work on the field. The 120% award goes to Dolton Ellard for his efforts on the defensive line  sacking the QB multiple times. Versus Cape Junior:Another successful game from 1 of 2 of our cross-town rivals,Ben Pogue and Deven Thompkins are noted with TD's. A hard fought battle in the trenches with great efforts by Gavin and Griffin Cartmell as they fought off some questionable football tactics. And the 120% award for this game goes to Trendon Dunn for his efforts against one of the toughest tiny mites in the conference, offensively keeping him at bay,and defensively shutting him down in the second half. And a big Thank You goes out to my fellow coaches Paul, Joe and Chris Next week we go to the Storms field in Cape Coral with Success as our Goal
Mighty Mite Cheer:  Congratulations to our Mighty Mite princesses Nicole Rice and Kayleigh Brown’s!   Our Cheer-Off routine is coming together but remember . . . tighten up those moves! We only have 8 more practices left until Cheer-Off.  Lets get our hard working hats on so we can show everyone what GREAT cheerleaders you are.
Jr. Pee Wee—Knights VS Warriors. The Knights worked hard for their 1st victory of the year. Red Offense fired on all cylinders as Brett Billman ran up and down the field for two scores. The 3rd score was by Tucker Sheridan and the Mighty Knight Defense. Awesome receptions by JD Crouch and Logan Portillo courtesy of Jacob Duff. White Defense even seen some action and provided some hard hits by Blake Balogh, Connor McCarley, Tyler Boehm, Matthew Richerson, Kyle Shreffler, Dillon Upman, Joey Ciganek, Bradley Malone, and Nick Manzi. Great Job Knights!!! Sorry for the late submission.
Jr. Pee Wee Knights VS Cape Blue. The Knights came out strong and bashed the Cape in the Mouth, however we succumbed to mistakes. The Knights played some great football and the hardest hitting defense will never be forgotten by the Cape . Jacob Effing, Levi McQuinn, and Kenneth Kersey had the games of their lives. I’m sure the Cape running backs will remember you next year! JC Whatley had a second flawless game at center, Great Job JC! Mercorey Murphy scored the only TD of the day with hard running and awesome blocking by the Red Line (David Numa, Jeff Tumberello, Austin Vecerelli, Levi McQuinn Shane Garrett, JC Whatley and Logan Portillo.) Although the score wasn’t in our favor the Jr. Pee Wee Knights are playing some great football! Watch out Cape Youth
Jr. Pee Wee Cheer—Congrats to our princesses this week.  You girls looked great cheering for the boys against Cape Jr. Cheer Off is getting closer by the week.  Keep up the good work and we can go far!!!!
The Pee Wee’s played a great game Saturday against a tough Cape team and came away with a 6-0 win.  A swarming defense pitched their 2nd shutout of the season and all offenses did great.  We will work hard this week to get another win and be 4-4 for the year.  All coaches are very proud of all Pee Wees.  That’s the way to step up.
Jr. Midget—Cape Jr 26 Knights 20.  Touchdowns by Tim Moyer (2) one on a 1 yard run the other on a 55 yard run.  Damien Rye (1) on a 50 yard run.  Extra point kicked by Tim Moyer. We played a great second half said Coach Bill.  We have two games left.  Lets try to win one.  Go KNIGHTS Beat Cape Youth!
MIDGETS (North 41 - Cape Junior 12), Well once again our mighty Knights went into a must win game and came out victorious. With a hard hitting defense lead by Darrion Barnhill, Chase Willdman, Daniel Knight & Terry Bogart, they kept Cape Junior contained all night. But the night got electrified by the powerful running from Joey "The Hammer" Hamor, Brain "BB" Boehm and Dexter  "Flash" Williams. The dynamic trio racked up over 200 yards rushing and if they weren't running the ball they were making crushing blocks to free each other up on some great runs from scrimmage. And if we weren't running the ball, we were passing behind the arm of Nathan McIntosh. With 2 touchdowns from the air received by Micheal Dumas and Walter Marshall, the Knights air attack was just as fierce. We must once again honor the front 5 of that Knight offensive line for another great performance. With Cape blitzing just about every play, the O-line opened the holes to spring our backs into their defensive secondary. Even walking 9 in the box, the line found a way to puncture Cape's defensive wall and we were off to the races. The Knights quest is far from over, we must continue on our winning ways to have a shot at the playoffs and Cape Youth now stands in our way. Our brave Knights must go in prepared to take on a very good Cape Youth team on their home ground. Good luck brave Knights of North Ft. Myers.
Congratulations to Homecoming Midget court:  King Joey Hamor, Queen Ashley Lingard, Princesses            Destini Turner and Jessica Ciganek and Princes LaKeith Williams and Nathan McIntosh.
